IESE's MBA program includes intensive Spanish courses to ready students for business in Spanish-speaking countries. A third of students begin the program on a bilingual track, taking half their coursework in Spanish; others who improve their language skills sufficiently may take business courses in Spanish their second year and earn a bilingual degree. IESE naturally attracts Latin Americans, who make up 14% of the class; Spaniards make up another 20%. Next year's intake will include 35 Americans, a 60% increase over this year.
