I'm surprised Thunderbird isn't ranked higher on this list. This is just for their Global MBA thought right, not their Executive Global MBA program? I know they are ranked highly for so many MBA programs, at least I know they are still an incredibly reputable school. While looking into MBA programs it's important to consider more than just rankings.
